Tailored advice for your group
We can’t make your application for you, but EVA staff can offer advice.

If you would like EVA staff to review a draft of key sections of your application, you can download this word document, fill in your DRAFT answers to key application sections and then email it to us for comments.

Submit early for expert review
We have also arranged for experts from Eastside Community Heritage to review all applications that are submitted via the grant application form by 11 November 2025.
Remember, the FINAL DEADLINE for applications is 5pm on Tuesday 18 November 2025.
Important note
Please note: your final grant application MUST be made online on our grants application form here. All your answers MUST be input directly into the online form. Answers supplied on the draft review document, any other document or continuation sheet WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
