EVA Cost of Living and Homelessness Network meeting

This month’s network meeting – for community and voluntary groups whose members or clients may be facing problems with the rising cost of living or the threat of homelessness – has three guest speakers:

Kerry Coe from North Enfield Foodbank, Victor Amadigwe, chief executive of Enfield branch of Haringey Law Centre, and Maheen Asad from charity Hestia’s Enfield Mental Health Integrated Service.

Is your community or voluntary group looking to explore AI (artificial intelligence)? EVA would like to invite you to a consultation meeting to discuss how our local groups are using or thinking about AI and explore how EVA could support you in navigating the AI landscape.

NB This is a consultation event, NOT an AI training course.

Introduction to AI for small community and voluntary organisations

What does AI mean for smaller community and voluntary groups? This introductory practical session, provided by our partners at IT experts Superhighways, will help you understand the opportunities AI offers in areas like improved efficiency and fundraising, as well as key considerations you should bear in mind to ensure you use AI in an informed and safe way.

An introduction to using Excel to construct petty cash and cash book worksheets, recording and analysing income and expenditure types and bank reconciliations.
