Mental Health Network
Tuesday 13 September | 3pm – 4.30pm |Online via Teams
For any Enfield voluntary and community groups whose work touches on mental health or improving wellbeing – you don’t have to be a specialist mental health organisation to join!
There will be a guest speaker (tbc), and plenty of opportunities for speed-networking in the online break-out rooms.
Enfield Volunteer Organisers Network (EVON)
Thursday 15 September | 10.am – 11.30am | Online via Zoom
The theme for the next EVON meeting is Leading in the Community: a key consideration – how to make data work for you tell your story, gain support and attract funders.
Topic: You will need a computer or laptop so you can take part in this interactive session, learning to use Datawrapper charts.
Plus: time for discussion and networking.
Finding the trustees you need to survive and thrive

Trusted Voices Volunteer Awards
Wednesday 28 September | Enfield Civic Centre
Awards to recognise the volunteers who kept Enfield going during the Covid-19 crisis, bringing vital supplies, support and comfort to the most vulnerable people in our community. Presentations by the Mayor of Enfield, Doris Jiagge, and Councillor Gina Need.

Become a trustee – the what, why and how

Thursday 13 October 2022 | 5.30pm – 7.30pm | Online
Have you ever thought about becoming a charity trustee? Trustees work together as a team to guide the work of the charity. Having a diverse group of volunteers makes a trustee board stronger so it’s an opportunity open to everyone whatever your skills, life experience, age, culture or background.
This meeting will give you an introduction to the role of the board of trustees, what it’s like to be a trustee and why you might want to be one.
Enfield Health Champions Network
Thursday 20 October | 10am – 12.30pm | Online
Supporting trained Health Champions based in VCS organisations in Enfield.
Share good practice and learning, discuss current issues, hear news about developments in local programmes of work.
Enfield Volunteering Fair
Thursday 17 November | 10am to 1pm | Community House, 311 Fore Street, Enfield N9 0PZ
Enfield voluntary and community groups set out their stalls to recruit local residents who would like to become volunteers.
