Budgeting and full cost recovery

How do you make sure your project budget really covers all your costs? This course is for those who are not finance specialists, but need to be able to understand how to cost a project and maintain an organisational budget. Staff, volunteers and treasurers are welcome. The course is suitable for those with little previous knowledge of budgeting and costing. It will cover budgeting techniques, costing methods, cost allocations and full cost recovery.

• All events – participants are NOT permitted to record EVA meetings using AI tools, or by any other method. This is to ensure discussion can be free and open for everyone.
