EVA’s Cost of Living and Homelessness Network continues its regular programme of meetings and specialist training. This month’s event will include:
- Guest speaker George Dunstall, chief executive of local homelessness charity All People All Places, who will give an update on its work in providing respite for rough sleepers and supporting residents who are at risk of becoming homeless.
- Senada Velaj from Solace Women’s Aid will provide an overview of support available to women in Enfield who are fleeing domestic abuse, including emergency support, health advice, community-based housing support, and advice on welfare benefits and immigration.
- Fred Adams-Montantin from EVA will present “must know” elements of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, with major reforms due to come into force in May. Make sure you know how to advise people about their new rights!
