Involving the South Asian community in health

With speakers Litsa Worrall, from Enfield Patient Participation Group Network, who will explain how PPGs work, and Mel Ramasawmy, a researcher from University College London, who will outline a recent study of how people from South Asian backgrounds use websites and mobile phone apps.

The meeting will discuss how to improve access and participation by people from South Asian community backgrounds in local health services.

We want to gain the insight and knowledge from health and community leaders about how to improve access to health services for some of Enfield’s most vulnerable residents.
