Enfield Volunteering Fair 2023 – stallholders

Organisations that would like a stall at the 2023 Enfield Volunteering Fair on Wednesday 8 November should register using this form.

Deadline for applications: 15 October 2023.

If there are more applicants than available places, stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

ALL STALLHOLDERS WILL HAVE TO PAY A £50 RETURNABLE DEPOSIT.

Returnable deposit

All stallholders will have to pay a returnable deposit to secure their stall. You will not receive confirmation that you have been allocated a stall unless we have received your £50 deposit.

We charge the deposit because we can only have a limited number of stalls at the fair, and demand from local voluntary organisations is high – and we have to ensure that stallholders do turn up and use their place.

Organisations that reserve a stall and then don’t turn up are depriving other local groups of the opportunity. Our deposit system is aimed at making sure stallholders take their responsibilities seriously.

If you fail to turn up to set up your stall on the day, EVA will keep your deposit money.
